No Win, No Fee arrangements are more formally known as Conditional Fee Arrangements or CFAs. The basics are that if you do not succeed with your claim, you will not have to pay any of our fees or the associated costs.

A No Win, No Fee also guarantees that we will not deduct anything from your damages if your claim is successful – so you keep 100% of the compensation!

How can we do this?

We carefully consider each claim we take on. From the outset we expertly assess the prospects of your case and give you clear and straight forward advice in regards to its chances of success, making sure you are kept fully aware and up to date of your options.

If we succeed in your claim we should be able to recover our costs from the Defendant. To compensate us for the slight risk of losing, we charge the Defendant a success fee on the cases we win. This does not have any affect on your claim or the damages awarded and allows us to take on more cases.

In cases we accept, we take out an insurance policy on your behalf. We will give you full details of this and the option to cancel if you decide not to proceed. If your claim is successful, the Defendant pays the insurance premium. If the claim is unsuccessful, there is no charge for the insurance premium.

We will take you through the full details of the CFA before we ask you to sign the paperwork and we promise to be open with you in relation to all aspects of the funding and the claim itself.
